During the Easter holidays I had a lot of free time, so I’m in the parents’ house accidentally watched the show by David Rocco. I saw a couple of great recipe and I decided to make one today. I worked pasta, spaghetti actually .. with tomato sauce, in a somewhat different way than usual. I’m a big fan of all types of pasta and I really like all the recipes for pasta. The recipes are very simple and always very tasty.


Ingredients:

  • Fresh basil
  • 2 cans chopped tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • Olive oil
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 spaghetti (or any other pasta)
  • Cheese

Preparation:

  • First I put the spaghetti to cook, and I put two tomatoes into another container with water to cook.
  • I took a large container, in it I put olive oil. When the oil is warmed, I added one chopped onion and then two cans of chopped tomatoes. I added fresh basil, and left on the stove to cook.
  • When the spaghetti were done, I squeezed them, I added them to the sauce and then I shuffled all with a wooden spoon.
  • At that time the tomatoes tossed up, I peeled the skin of tomatoes, I clipped them into cubes and tossed in pasta with sauce. I shuffled over lunch and I turned off the stove.
  • In the end I all served with grated cheese.

Špagete u umaku od rajčice

Za vrijeme uskrsnih praznika sam imala dosta slobodnog vremena, pa sam u roditeljskoj kući sasvim slučajno gledala emisiju by David Rocco. Vidjela sam par super recepta i odlučila sam se danas napraviti jedan. Radila sam tjesteninu, zapravo špagete.. sa umakom od rajčice, na pomalo drugačiji način nego inače. Veliki sam ljubitelj svih vrsta tjestenine i zaista volim sve recepte za tjesteninu. Recepti su vrlo jednostavni a uvijek jako ukusni.

Sastojci:

  • Svježi bosiljak
  • 2 konzerve sjeckane rajčice
  • 1 luk
  • Maslinovo ulje
  • 2 rajčice
  • 1 špagete (ili bilo koju drugu tjesteninu)
  • Sir

Priprema:

  • Prvo sam stavila špagete da se kuhaju, i stavila sam dvije rajčice u drugu posudu sa vodom da se kuhaju.
  • Uzela sam veliku posudu, u nju sam stavila maslinovo ulje. Kada se ulje zagrijalo, dodala sam jedan nasjeckani luk i zatim dvije konzerve sjeckanih rajčica. Dodala sam svježi bosiljak, i ostavila na štednjaku da se kuha.
  • Kada su špagete bile gotove, iscjedila sam ih, dodala sam ih u umak i onda sam sve promiješala sa kuhaćom.
  • U to vrijeme su se rajčice skuhale, ogulila sam kožicu od rajčica, isjekla sam ih na kockice i ubacila u tjesteninu sa umakom. Promiješala sam gotov ručak i ugasila sam štednjak.
  • Na kraju sam sve servirala sa naribanim sirom.
